vitamin E capsules and combined antioxidant tablets in an attempt to ward off

Heart Forum report Preventing Coronary Heart Disease (The Stationery Office,
£19.99, ISBN 0 11322 001 4). The only dead-cert help for your heart in
your diet comes from fresh fruit and vegetables, they say. Preferably at least
five portions a day—and preferably not chocolate-flavoured carrots.
