Home recording has never been so easy. For £350, music lovers can now
buy a MiniDisc recorder combined with a three-drawer CD player. Users can skim
the CDs, listening to a brief snatch of each track, and mark their favourites.
The system, made by the Japanese company Sharp, then records the selection onto
a blank MiniDisc.
